Our Mission
Friends of Temecula Citizen Corps (FOTCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the efforts of the Temecula Citizen Corps (TCC). Our mission is to provide financial and resource support that enhances TCC’s work in emergency preparedness, public education, training programs, and community volunteer service.
Our Purpose
FOTCC secures funds, donations, and grants to support essential TCC projects and needs not covered by the City’s budget—ensuring TCC has the tools and training necessary to serve Temecula effectively.
