What We Do
Friends of TCC (FOTCC) helps to support Temecula Citizen Corps (TCC) financially in making our community safer and more resilient. TCC partners with local emergency services to train and equip residents to respond effectively during emergencies.

Our Mission
TCC empowers the Temecula community to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters and public safety threats through training, education, and volunteer efforts.

Programs We Support

  • – CERT (Community Emergency Response Team): Teaches basic disaster response skills—fire safety, search and rescue, first aid, and more.
  •
  • – Neighborhood Watch & Public Education: Promotes safety and emergency preparedness in partnership with local agencies.
  •
  • – First Responder Rehab Support: Provides hydration, cooling, and rest areas for emergency crews during extended incidents.
  •
  • – Emergency Communications (EM Comm): Supports amateur and city radio systems to ensure communication during disasters.

Why It Matters
TCC volunteers serve at events, in emergencies, and through public outreach. Their work helps Temecula stay prepared, protected, and strong—because a ready community is a safe community.

Board of Directors

The board of directors consists of three officers (designated members of TCC) and six directors (1 member from TCC and 5 community partners). Officers, directors, and FOTCC supporters serve without compensation. The board of directors provides oversight and guidance for FOTCC fund-raising efforts.
